Wage and Hour
A multinational corporation entered into a contract with a former airline pilot to assist it with the acquisition of a corporate jet and the establishment of a company flight department. After a brief period of employment, the corporation fired the pilot, who then sued for wrongful termination. He claimed he was fired for complaining to management and to the FAA regarding the company’s failure to comply with FAA requirements. Bruce L. Ross & Company analyzed the pilot’s lost earnings claim and mitigation efforts. The case settled prior to trial.
