In this high-profile case reported on extensively in the news media, a group of employees of a video game studio sued their former employer for unpaid royalties in connection with the creation of a popular video game. The court appointed an accountant to review the studio's books and records and determine whether adjustments needed to be made to the studio's royalty accounting. Bruce L.
