Bruce L. Ross is the founding principal of the litigation consulting firm Bruce L. Ross & Company. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Psychology from Pitzer College, a member of the Claremont Colleges. Mr. Ross became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California in 1975. Prior to forming Bruce L. Ross & Company, Mr. Ross led the litigation consulting practices for large public accounting firms. He specializes in damages, fraud investigations, business valuations and accounting studies. Randy Ellen Ross is the CEO of Bruce L. Ross & Company. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies from Pitzer College, a member of the Claremont Colleges, in 1976, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1979. She became a member of the State Bar of California in 1979. After several years of law practice, Ms. Ross joined Bruce L. Ross & Company as CEO, general counsel and as a consultant in the areas of damages, fraud and business valuations.

Ross & Company, Mr. Brancazio held positions in the investment banking and software industries. Mr. Brancazio is experienced in damage analysis and business valuations and hopes to testify in the future as an expert on these matters.

Before moving to the West Coast in 1996, Mr. Malone worked as an Applications Chemist, Technical Specialist and Product Manger for The Foxboro Company's Analytical Division and Environmental Monitoring Operations. Prior to joining Bruce L. Ross & Company, he worked as an independent consultant on litigation and turnaround matters. Mr. Malone specializes in damages, complex spreadsheet modeling and large database analysis.
